Quality Control
Not being a mandatory requirement, we have chosen to operate
with high quality standardsto obtain certification according to the
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures.
We obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 voluntary certification.
In compliance with the provisions regarding hygiene of food products,
we have a HACCP self-control system in accordance with D.L. 155/97 of Reg. CE 852/2004.
The UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 and GMP voluntary certificationsgive us the ability to:
- ● Produce and supply the products requested by the client in the required quantity without limits
- ● Keep under control all the processes that determine the acceptability of the final products
- ● Identify and prevent risks to product quality with appropriate actions, aim at continuous improvement of product and service quality
